Digital products — final sale policy

All products sold on this store are digital goods (PDF ebooks) delivered electronically and immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the file has been made available to you, except in the case of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase.

EU / UK / France customers: by completing your order, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Technical issues: if you are unable to download or access your ebook after purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order and we will resend the file or issue a refund.

Duplicate or accidental purchases: if you accidentally purchase the same ebook twice, contact us for a refund of the duplicate order.
